Site rules

• No dumpsters, debris, dirt or building materials in the street at any time.
• Debris goes straight into a container, or is neatly piled and covered.
• The work area is fully fenced.
• The building permit card is posted where it can be seen.
• Erosion and storm water controls are in place before work starts and kept up until the end.
• Trees in the work area are protected, and grading near them is done by hand.
• Dust is kept down with water during demolition.
• Rodent bait is set before demolition and kept up through construction.
• The site is lit at night.
• The portable toilet stays at the side or rear of the house.
