An entirely new home of about 6,100 square feet. Radiant heat runs throughout, and Pella doors slide into the walls to open the main living space to the grounds.

The primary bath has a curbless shower with a trench drain and a teak deck, with the tub set inside the shower. Carlisle wide-plank floors and hand-applied plaster on the fireplace and kitchen hood carry through the interior. Outside, the grounds were rebuilt with new retaining walls, all-new landscaping and a restored pool.
